Conroe, Texas, January 2, 2016 – Conroe Regional Medical Center and Dr. Brian McNelis helped Lydia and Timothy Franklin welcome their son Matthew James Franklin into the world at 3:32 p.m. on January 1, 2016. Matthew weighs 7 lbs. and 8 oz. and is 20.2 inches long.  The Franklins are residents of The Woodlands and have one daughter, Mary Grace.  

“We are very blessed and feel lucky that Matthew was the first baby born in 2016 at Conroe Regional Medical Center. Our daughter was delivered here and we received such great care then. We are enjoying the newly renovated rooms and the nurses are great,” said Timothy Franklin.
